Data we collect and why
Proposal and event enquiries
When you use our Request a Proposal form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the information you choose to provide: your name and contact details, venue and location, event date, number of guests, occasion, preferred format and artistic elements, budget range, language preference and message. We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, where relevant, manage the resulting booking or professional relationship.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry, and—where applicable—your consent for optional information or communications. We may also retain information where necessary to comply with legal, accounting or tax obligations.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information and access time to protect and operate the website. We use this information for security, troubleshooting and service administration.
Photography, video and sound at experiences
Some Flamenco Moments experiences may be photographed or recorded. This may include ambient images, video and sound of the event, as well as separate interviews or close-up portrait material. We use this material to document the experience and, where permission applies, to present Flamenco Moments in our website, social channels, proposals and other marketing or portfolio materials.
Before an event we will provide clear information about planned recording. When consent is required—for example for an interview, a featured close-up or other identifiable marketing use—we will request it separately and make it optional. You can contact us to raise an objection or withdraw consent for future use; withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Who may receive your data
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data may be processed by suppliers who help us operate the website, email and bookings, only under our instructions and to the extent needed for their service. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we will use the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to deal with the request and any resulting relationship, plus the periods required by law. Event media is kept while it remains useful for the stated documentation or promotional purpose, subject to any valid request to object or withdraw consent and to the practical limits of material already printed, distributed or lawfully published.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data; restriction of or objection to processing; and portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, write to hola@aprendeguitarra.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Cookies and consent
Our current use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy. You can revisit your choice at any time through Manage cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, our services or applicable law changes. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
